Description:  Long interested in Illinois Valley history, Utica author Steve Stout will expound on some of the most well known news events in North Central Illinois, including the 1960 Starved Rock Murders and the 1909 Cherry Mine Disaster.  Stout, a retired journalist, will present a slide presentation within his talk and copies of his books will be available for sale and a book signing by the author.
